Malaga Room offers full maintenance of your apartment: you can count on us 24/7 for any power cut, plumbing problem or unforseen event that might arise. Additionally, you can benefit from our airport pick-up service or just have us assemble a piece of furniture or put up a picture. It is important you know that, just by emailing us, we will sort out within a reasonable time any questions you might have regarding your stay in Malaga, where to go or find something you need, what to do if... Everything is possible through our basic information system available to you.

In addition to providing you with housing, Malaga Room wants you to enjoy your stay in our city and that is why we will inform you about the must-see areas, cultural activities you should not miss and places to go out to find the best environment...

Do I get a key to my room?

Yes, every room has its own personal and non-transferable key.

What if I lose my key?

Just contact us and we will provide you with a new one.

Can I get home late or there is a curfew?

Of course you can, you have your own key and space so you set your own schedule.

Can a family-member visit me?

No problem, as long as his/her stay is no longer than three days and we have prior notice.

What if I did not give prior notice?

Visitors must pay a fee...

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

For maintenace reasons and respect to other tenants, we have decided not to allow pets in the apartments.

Is there house-keeping service?

It is not included, but if you want it, we can get you in touch with the appropriate person and advice you on what is considered a fair-market price.

What if I have an emergency?

We will help you if you have any questions about Malaga. In addition, you will find a sign in your apartment with all the emergency phone-numbers and directions regarding what to do in the event of an emergency.

Can I throw a party in my apartment?

Of course, this is Spain, but you must respect the rules of conduct of your building and the standard set by the Malaga City Hall.
